Responsibilities
We are representing a confidential technology organization in Berlin that is expanding its digital presence. As Community & Social Media Manager, you will build engaged communities around their brands through hands-on content creation and strategic engagement.
Your day-to-day work includes:
- Creating, adapting and publishing engaging content including copy, carousels, short-form video and visual assets for social platforms
- Repurposing existing photography, videos, interviews, articles, podcasts and other materials into social-first formats
- Proactively engaging with followers, partners and relevant industry accounts to grow community and organic reach
- Tracking channel and content performance to identify which topics and formats resonate with audiences
- Supporting social communication around events, partnerships, campaigns and other marketing initiatives
- Coordinating monthly newsletter distribution
What We're Looking For
Our client needs someone with:
- First professional experience in social media, community management, content marketing or digital marketing (internships, working student roles or relevant freelance experience count)
- Strong understanding of LinkedIn and Instagram, including platform differences and how brands build organic audiences
- Excellent feeling for storytelling, headlines and social-first communication
- Strong visual eye and attention to detail
- Fluency in English and comfortable communication skills in German
