Junior Seeding Campaign Manager (6 Month FTC / Freelance)

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential influencer marketing platform that works with leading global consumer brands. Our client is seeking a Junior Seeding Campaign Manager to join their team on a 6-month fixed-term contract basis, working remotely across France, Italy, or Spain.

This is an immediate-start freelance engagement supporting product seeding and creator gifting campaigns. You'll coordinate creator outreach, manage product shipments, and ensure smooth campaign delivery from planning through reporting. This role offers excellent exposure to the creator economy while working with some of the world's most recognizable brands.

The position requires availability during core campaign hours, approximately 9am-6pm CEST. Candidates based within one hour of CET are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Research and identify creators that align with client objectives, audience demographics, and brand values using internal tools and external platforms
• Build creator shortlists and review content quality, engagement metrics, and audience authenticity
• Coordinate creator outreach via email, social platforms, and creator management tools
• Support negotiations around gifting terms, usage rights, and campaign participation
• Manage creator communications throughout the campaign lifecycle and build positive relationships for future collaboration
• Coordinate product gifting and shipment logistics with internal teams and fulfillment partners
• Track product dispatches, monitor deliveries, and resolve shipping issues
• Support Campaign Managers with day-to-day execution and track creator deliverables to ensure timely content submission
• Monitor campaign timelines and proactively flag risks or delays
• Compile campaign reports using performance and engagement data
• Maintain accurate campaign trackers, creator databases, budgets, and status documentation

What We're Looking For

• Immediate availability for a 6-month fixed-term freelance engagement
• Approximately 1–2 years' experience in influencer marketing, creator marketing, PR, social media, or digital marketing
• Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Proactive, solutions-focused mindset
• Proficiency with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office
• Experience using project management tools such as Asana or similar platforms is an advantage
• Genuine passion for social media, creators, and digital culture
• Fluency in English is essential; professional proficiency in Spanish or German is highly desirable
