About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential AI research organization seeking a Consumer Planning Specialist to evaluate AI-generated content in the personal finance domain. This is a fully remote contract position available to candidates based in Australia.

Our client is building next-generation AI systems and needs experienced professionals to assess model outputs, identify errors, and provide structured feedback that directly improves AI performance in consumer financial planning contexts.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate AI-generated artifacts including documents, spreadsheets, and presentations against domain-specific quality standards
• Identify factual inaccuracies, aesthetic issues, and presentation errors in AI outputs
• Provide clear, structured written feedback to guide AI model improvement
• Apply deep subject-matter expertise in personal finance and consumer planning to grade outputs
• Work independently and asynchronously while meeting project deadlines
• Contribute directly to enhancing AI model performance in the financial planning domain

What We're Looking For

Required:

• 5+ years of relevant professional experience in personal finance or consumer planning
• Native or professional fluency in English
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, especially presentation software

Preferred:

• Advanced degree (Master's or higher) from a reputable institution
