Enterprise Apps Support Analyst

About This Opportunity

We are representing a global manufacturing organization seeking an Enterprise Apps Support Analyst to join their EMEA operations on a remote basis. Our talent team is working with a confidential industrial solutions provider to find an experienced professional who can deliver exceptional enterprise application support to their user community.

Responsibilities

• Field and resolve incoming incidents and problems from end-users across the organization
• Fulfill service requests related to enterprise application functionality and access
• Document problem-solving processes and maintain comprehensive records of issue resolution
• Communicate application issues and resolution status to key stakeholders and management
• Test fixes and validate problem resolution before deployment to production environments
• Maintain and enhance the performance of enterprise software systems
• Identify opportunities to optimize enterprise application usage and efficiency
• Coordinate departmental training needs and support knowledge transfer initiatives
• Support testing activities for new software applications and system upgrades

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field
• Minimum of 5 years of IT experience with a focus on enterprise application support
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365
• In-depth knowledge of enterprise applications and their integration points
• Strong understanding of Microsoft Dynamics modules including Finance, Supply Chain, or Operations
• Proven ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively in high-pressure environments
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail
• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities for working with diverse user groups
• Experience supporting remote user communities across multiple time zones
