Implementation Senior Manager- Clinical Intelligence

About This Opportunity

Our talent team is representing a confidential healthcare technology organization in their search for a Senior Manager, Implementation - Clinical Intelligence. This is a remote position based in the United States.

Our client operates at the intersection of healthcare data integration and value-based care, serving health plans and provider organizations nationwide. This role sits within their Clinical Intelligence division and focuses on managing complex EMR implementations from contract signature through successful go-live.

Responsibilities

• Partner with sales and solution architecture teams during pre-sale to understand prospect EMR environments, workflows, and technical requirements
• Own customer implementations end-to-end, building project timelines, sequencing dependencies, and establishing firm go-live dates
• Lead kickoff meetings with customers, setting expectations and establishing working cadence for each engagement
• Serve as primary point of contact for implementation status, proactively communicating progress and escalating risks to internal leadership and customers
• Translate customer requirements into clear specifications for product and engineering teams
• Guide EHR integration workflows including FHIR and custom API implementations across major systems such as Epic, Cerner, and athenahealth
• Collaborate with engineering and data governance to validate data flows and ensure configurations align with customer workflows
• Manage Health Information Exchange (HIE) Delegation of Authority (DoA) processes, coordinating agreements and approvals to enable data connectivity
• Maintain visibility into prospect pipeline, tracking integration types, expected volumes, timing, and required development work
• Monitor implementation performance, customer satisfaction, and team capacity metrics
• Drive continuous improvement of implementation processes and documentation

What We're Looking For

Required qualifications:

• 7+ years of experience in implementation management or similar customer-facing technical roles
• Strong project management skills with ability to manage complex timelines across multiple workstreams and stakeholders
• Technical fluency with EHR integration standards including FHIR, HL7, and RESTful APIs
• Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent enterprise implementations simultaneously
• Excellent communication skills with ability to translate technical requirements into actionable plans
• Proactive risk management approach with strong accountability mindset
• Comfortable owning customer relationships during high-stakes implementations

Preferred qualifications:

• Hands-on experience with user acceptance testing and software QA
• Background working in healthcare organizations involving clinical data exchange
• Familiarity with HIE data-sharing agreements and DoA processes
• Experience managing ten or more concurrent enterprise implementations
• Proficiency with project management tools such as Smartsheet, Asana, or Jira
• Experience utilizing AI-powered tools to improve productivity

Pay

Pay via Get A Job.ai: $125,000 – $150,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.
