Roof Measurement Specialist

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential client in the construction technology sector. In this Roof Measurement Specialist role, you will:

• Input address and customer details into specialized measurement platforms to initiate roof assessment projects
• Select and manage roof imagery for accurate documentation
• Precisely draw roof outlines using advanced tools such as 90-degree snapping features to ensure accurate edge alignment
• Label various roof features including eaves, valleys, hips, ridges, and rakes, applying your knowledge of roofing structures for accurate categorization
• Assign the correct pitch to each roof facet, adjusting for slope and integrating additional architectural features like dormers
• Utilize platform layering and editing tools to organize and refine measurement details, making use of functionalities such as undo, redo, and delete to correct errors
• Save ongoing projects and return to them as needed, ensuring no details are lost between sessions
• Generate final roof reports upon completion of measurements and labeling, selecting appropriate output formats for delivery
• Thoroughly review all notes and instructions to ensure no details are overlooked in task execution
• Deliver 100% quality and meet 100% turnaround time requirements consistently

What We're Looking For

• Hands-on experience in roof measurement is required
• High attention to detail and precision, with a keen eye for aesthetics and technical accuracy
• Strong understanding of roofing terminology and structural elements, or willingness to learn quickly on the job
• Competence in handling digital tools and software for data entry and image manipulation
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
• Good problem-solving skills to navigate software issues or measurement challenges
• Ability to work Monday to Friday, 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM Manila Time (shifts subject to change)
• Work-from-home setup with reliable internet connection
