VP Associate (m/f/d)

Responsibilities

Our client, a confidential proptech organization, is seeking a VP Associate to support the VP of Property Management in driving operational excellence across a growing portfolio. You will own high-impact, cross-functional projects that directly affect company performance.

• Conduct financial analysis and due diligence for potential acquisitions, including P&L review and unit economics modeling
• Support integration efforts at portfolio locations, working with site leads to implement standardized platforms and processes
• Identify and evaluate new revenue opportunities in adjacent verticals such as insurance, brokerage, and energy services
• Drive margin improvement initiatives by diagnosing cost drivers and implementing operational fixes
• Manage end-to-end projects including regulatory compliance, recruiting coordination, and operational problem-solving
• Serve as strategic partner to senior leadership, preparing analyses and taking ownership of time-sensitive initiatives

What We're Looking For

• Fluent German (C2 or native level) required for daily operations
• Based in Berlin with willingness to travel regularly across Germany
• Professional experience in consulting, operations, finance, or a startup environment
• Strong financial modeling skills and comfort working with P&Ls under pressure
• High ownership mentality with ability to work autonomously and drive results
• Bonus: property management or real estate background, post-merger integration experience, or familiarity with software implementation projects
