About This Opportunity

Our talent team at Get A Job.ai is representing a fast-growing B2B marketplace platform in the luxury goods sector. This confidential client operates remotely across the UK and Europe, connecting businesses with premium suppliers through modern technology. They're scaling rapidly and need a sharp Sales Development Representative to fuel their growth engine.

This is a high-velocity SDR role for someone who thrives on activity, speed, and converting leads into qualified opportunities. You'll work inbound leads the moment they arrive, build outbound sequences that land, and book demos for Account Executives. Think classic SaaS SDR playbook: multichannel cadences, immaculate CRM discipline, and relentless follow-through.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to inbound leads within minutes and convert them to confirmed demo bookings
  • Execute outbound prospecting sequences across phone, email, WhatsApp, and LinkedIn against targeted lists
  • Qualify prospects rigorously on buyer fit, purchase intent, volume potential, and timeline
  • Book, confirm, and protect demos—reduce no-shows through strategic reminders and pre-meeting touches
  • Maintain pristine CRM hygiene: every interaction logged, every lead dispositioned, pipeline data accurate
  • Report learnings on objections, messaging performance, and high-converting segments back to leadership
  • Deliver 60–80+ meaningful prospect touches daily in a structured, process-driven environment

What We're Looking For

  • 1–3 years of experience in a SaaS or tech SDR/BDR role with high-volume, transactional motion
  • Exceptional phone presence and crisp written communication skills
  • Process-oriented mindset: you thrive within cadences, CRM systems, and structured workflows
  • Resilience and coachability—you treat rejection as data and maintain energy throughout the entire month
  • Native or professional-level English proficiency
  • Hunger and discipline matter more than industry background; prior knowledge of luxury goods or retail is not required
