React Engineer – Remote, Latin America

We are representing a confidential software consultancy that builds innovative applications for clients across multiple industries. Our talent team is seeking a React Engineer to join their remote team in Colombia. This is a full-time, remote position working with a growing organization that values quality, collaboration, and continuous learning.

In this role, you'll work on diverse client projects that leverage modern technologies and require strong problem-solving skills. You'll be part of a team that prioritizes professional development and meaningful contributions to complex systems.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop high-quality React applications for client projects
• Work on large, complex systems that require scalable architecture
• Create and maintain continuous integration and delivery pipelines
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver on project commitments
• Contribute to shared libraries and technical resources as needed
• Follow industry best practices and coding standards
• Take ownership of your work and meet agreed-upon estimates and timelines

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of professional software development experience (5+ years preferred)
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with React
• Proven track record working on large, complex systems
• Four-year college degree required
• Strong ability to work through challenging technical problems independently
• Forensic attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Positive mindset and proactive attitude
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills
• Based in Colombia with legal authorization to work
