Responsibilities

• Design, review, and refine physician and patient survey instruments for pharmaceutical and healthcare research projects
• Translate research objectives into clear, methodologically sound questionnaires that drive actionable insights
• Evaluate screeners, eligibility criteria, question wording, response scales, survey flow, branching/skip logic, and overall instrument structure
• Collaborate with therapeutic-area specialists to ensure clinical accuracy and appropriate framing of questions
• Provide written explanations and actionable recommendations for survey improvements
• Work independently and asynchronously to deliver high-quality survey outputs on schedule

What We're Looking For

Required Experience:

• 3+ years of professional experience in healthcare, pharmaceutical, life sciences, or medical research environments
• Hands-on experience developing or fielding surveys involving physicians, patients, healthcare professionals, or other clinical stakeholders
• Strong command of questionnaire design principles and survey methodology best practices
• Understanding of physician research considerations including specialty screening and clinical terminology
• Proficiency with survey platforms such as Qualtrics, Decipher/Forsta, Alchemer, or SurveyMonkey

Therapeutic Area Expertise (one or more required):

• Oncology, particularly prostate cancer
• Gastroenterology, particularly ulcerative colitis and inflammatory bowel disease
• Neurology, particularly migraine and headache disorders
• Pulmonology/Respiratory Medicine, particularly COPD

Ideal Candidates: Professionals who combine both healthcare survey methodology expertise and deep therapeutic-area knowledge.
