Werkstudent (m/w/d) Content Creation / UGC

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential educational technology client in Germany seeking a working student (Werkstudent) for content creation and user-generated content (UGC). This is a remote-only position for 10–15 hours per week, ideal for an enrolled university student looking to build a portfolio in social media content creation.

Our client has developed a mobile learning application and is looking for someone energetic and motivated to help drive viral growth through creative video content. This role offers hands-on experience working directly with the founding team while maintaining full location flexibility throughout Germany.

Responsibilities

• Create engaging video content for TikTok and Instagram with the goal of achieving viral reach
• Appear on camera as the face of the product (or develop creative faceless content strategies)
• Produce content that generates attention and drives user acquisition
• Engage with relevant videos through strategic commenting to increase niche visibility
• Ensure all content adheres to copyright regulations, using only license-free sounds and music
• Collaborate directly with the leadership team on brand-building initiatives

What We're Looking For

• Currently enrolled university student in Germany with long-term availability
• Proactive mindset and self-motivated attitude—this is the most important quality
• Ability to create compelling, engaging video content that resonates with audiences
• Strong understanding of copyright compliance and licensing requirements for social media content
• Excellent German language skills (written and spoken)
• Good English language proficiency
• Enthusiasm for social media trends and viral content strategies
• Comfort appearing on camera or innovative ideas for effective faceless content
