We are representing a confidential real estate technology organization in their search for a Closing Operations Associate to support high-volume transaction coordination across the United States. Our client is transforming how consumers and professionals navigate property transactions through innovative technology platforms. This remote role offers the opportunity to work with a national team while delivering localized closing experiences.

You'll play a critical role in managing real estate closing pipelines, ensuring compliance, and delivering exceptional service to buyers, sellers, agents, and lenders.

Responsibilities

• Manage a pipeline of purchase and refinance transactions in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, coordinating closely with internal operations teams and external partners
• Provide customer service across multiple channels including phone, email, SMS, and chat to transaction parties throughout the closing process
• Review multi-state purchase contracts and ensure compliance with contractual, legal, and regulatory requirements across various jurisdictions
• Identify and explain title issues from searches and commitments, guiding parties through resolution steps
• Calculate and prepare closing fees including recording fees, title charges, taxes, HOA dues, and payoffs; prepare accurate disbursements and collaborate with lenders on closing disclosures
• Build relationships with assigned brokerages and agents, supporting client outreach and participating in meetings as needed
• Work cross-functionally with exam, curative, funding, and post-closing teams while adapting to evolving workflows and technology enhancements
• Maintain organized records and accountability to service standards and performance metrics
• Deliver local market expertise while leveraging national operational capabilities

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of experience in closing operations, real estate transactions, mortgage operations, or a related high-volume, documentation-focused environment
• Experience in title and escrow closing, ideally with purchase transactions across multiple states
• Strong customer service orientation with commitment to delivering exceptional experiences for all transaction parties
• Comfort using various technologies and workflow tools, especially those supporting high-volume phone and email communication
• Proven ability to prioritize competing deadlines and manage multiple transactions simultaneously while maintaining quality
• Clear, effective communication skills and strong attention to detail
• Knowledge of county, state, and regulatory requirements for real estate closings
• Forward-thinking, problem-solving mindset with enthusiasm for partnering with technical teams on product enhancements
• Team-oriented and collaborative across functions
• Willingness to obtain state escrow licensing where required
• Bilingual skills, particularly Spanish, are a plus
