Full Time Licensed Therapist – Arizona

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential telehealth organization that is transforming access to evidence-based mental health care. Our client is seeking a Full Time Licensed Therapist in Arizona to deliver specialized treatment to individuals managing obsessive-compulsive disorder through a comprehensive digital platform.

In this role, you will conduct clinical diagnostic interviews via video, provide therapy using research-backed approaches including ERP and CBT, and support members through live sessions and asynchronous messaging. You'll work remotely while collaborating with a network of mental health professionals to ensure optimal treatment outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Conduct diagnostic clinical interviews via video sessions to determine diagnostic impressions and treatment recommendations
• Deliver evidence-based therapy including live video sessions and app-based messaging support
• Provide ongoing check-ins and monitor member progress throughout treatment
• Exercise clinical judgment to identify when members require external resources or specialized referrals
• Collaborate with psychiatrists and fellow therapists to develop and reinforce treatment decisions
• Participate in ongoing consultation, specialized training, and process groups
• Maintain confidential, HIPAA-compliant practice standards in a remote environment

What We're Looking For

• MA degree or higher from an accredited university in behavioral and mental health (social work, counseling, psychology, or related field)
• Full and unrestricted independent mental health license in good standing in Arizona
• Minimum 6 months of relevant experience with evidence-based therapies such as ERP, CBT, or ACT
• Knowledge and experience treating OCD with ERP and/or ACT is preferred but not required
• Strong organizational skills, time management, and enthusiasm for learning
• Excellent communication skills and receptiveness to feedback
• Comfortable and efficient using technology for telehealth delivery
• Access to a confidential, private workspace with reliable internet
• Ability to thrive in a goal-driven, fast-paced environment
