Werkstudent Projekt-, Asset- und Kostenmanagement – Bereich Real Estate (m/w/d)

About This Opportunity

Our talent team is representing a confidential real estate organization with locations across Germany. We are seeking a working student (Werkstudent) to support project, asset, and cost management operations within their real estate division. This role offers hands-on experience in an international environment with flexible working arrangements in Berlin, Essen, Hamburg, Frankfurt, or Munich.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project activities by participating in project, planning, and construction meetings
• Provide operational support across service areas and actively contribute to project, asset, and cost management initiatives
• Prepare and update project schedules using MS Project
• Create cost reports and assist with cost tracking and controlling processes
• Support the review and verification of quotes and invoices from planners and contractors

What We're Looking For

• Currently enrolled Master's student in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable field
• Previous relevant experience through internships, working student positions, or thesis work in project management
• Strong interest in project, asset, and/or cost management within real estate
• Structured, conscientious, and results-oriented working style with enthusiasm for international team collaboration
• Fluent German and very good English language skills
• Strong communication abilities and personable approach to working with colleagues
