Subscription Renewals Representative (Italian/English Speaker)

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential technology organization in their search for a Subscription Renewals Representative fluent in both Italian and English. This hybrid role is based in Milan, Italy, and offers an exciting opportunity to drive customer retention and revenue growth within the data protection sector.

Our client is seeking a proactive sales professional who excels at building relationships, identifying upsell opportunities, and managing a high volume of renewal transactions. You'll work closely with field sales teams, customer success managers, and channel partners to ensure customers continue to realize value from their technology investments.

Responsibilities

• Maintain consistent communication with customers throughout the renewal sales cycle via telephone, video conferencing, and email
• Assess customer environments and present multi-year subscription renewal options aligned with their evolving needs
• Identify and close upsell and cross-sell opportunities during renewal discussions
• Collaborate with field sales account executives, customer success managers, partners, and distributors to deliver seamless customer experiences
• Navigate challenging situations professionally, creating actionable resolution paths while securing stakeholder buy-in
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives within a results-driven framework
• Execute thorough follow-up actions from all customer interactions to ensure satisfaction and successful deal closure
• Manage territory forecasting and pipeline accuracy

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 4 years of experience in renewal sales or inside sales
• Fluency in Italian and English (written and verbal) at a professional business level
• Proven ability to drive high transaction volumes and increase sales revenue
• Energetic, self-starting mindset with a consultative sales approach
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Strong analytical and negotiation capabilities
• Demonstrated success managing territories with accurate forecasting and execution
• Experience with Salesforce (SFDC) highly preferred
• Results-driven attitude with excellent time management skills
• Comfortable working collaboratively in team-oriented environments
• Must be authorized to work in Italy
