Senior Customer Success Architect

About This Opportunity

We are representing a leading analytics technology company in their search for a Senior Customer Success Architect to join their EMEA team in London. Our client is a well-established SaaS organization serving enterprise customers across multiple industries. This is a pivotal technical role where you'll serve as the expert on complex, high-priority customer engagements throughout the entire customer lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Develop mastery of the platform to provide strategic consultation on taxonomy design, instrumentation, and data governance
• Guide customers through technical integrations into additional data flows and business processes
• Serve as a trusted technical advisor for enterprise customers at any stage from implementation through adoption to renewal
• Gather, organize, and report customer trends and insights to optimize business processes, documentation, and services
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Platform Support, and Customer Success Management teams to streamline internal processes and improve the data management experience

What We're Looking For

• At least 5-8 years of customer-facing technical experience with a demonstrated record of successfully engaging enterprise accounts
• Competency in programming languages and concepts including SQL, JavaScript, Java, Python, Android, iOS, and RESTful APIs
• Strong execution and customer service orientation with ability to effectively prioritize and complete deliverables in alignment with customer requirements
• Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with ability to explain complex technical concepts to stakeholders with varying experience levels
• Problem-solving mentality and positive attitude toward the change that comes with working at a rapidly growing company
• Prior experience with SaaS solutions in product analytics, digital marketing, A/B testing, business intelligence, customer data platforms, or data warehouses/pipelines strongly preferred
