French Language Specialist – Fully Remote | Upto $52/hr Part-time

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential client in the AI research sector who is seeking a French Language Specialist to support critical safety and content evaluation initiatives. This is a fully remote, part-time contract role ideal for language professionals with strong analytical skills and sound judgment around sensitive material.

Responsibilities

• Write expert-level prompts in French across a range of sensitive subject areas
• Apply structured guidelines to classify prompts and conversations
• Flag adversarial phrasings and escalation patterns
• Document the reasoning behind your judgments with clarity and precision
• Work independently and asynchronously to improve model safety outcomes
• Collaborate with distributed teams to ensure cultural sensitivity and accuracy

What We're Looking For

Required:

• Native or near-native fluency in French
• Business-level written English
• Bachelor's degree (completed or in progress)
• Strong written reasoning skills and high attention to detail
• Sound judgment around sensitive and dual-use information

Preferred:

• Based in France or the wider Western Europe region
• Experience reviewing, grading, or red-teaming written or technical content
• Background in trust and safety, content moderation, policy evaluation, or adversarial testing
