Junior Social Media Manager (m/w/d)

We are representing a confidential creative agency in Hamburg seeking a Junior Social Media Manager. Our client is looking for someone who doesn't just execute briefings but recognizes opportunities to move brands forward through creative, strategic work with genuine perspective.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media content that balances strategic thinking with creative implementation
• Present ideas and campaigns to clients and internal teams
• Manage day-to-day social media operations with strong organizational skills and clear prioritization
• Work with social media management platforms including Meta Business Suite, TikTok Ads Manager, and similar tools
• Support paid social campaigns and contribute to strategy development
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in a dynamic agency environment
• Take on increasing responsibility as you grow in the role

What We're Looking For

• 1-2 years of social media experience, ideally in an agency or fast-paced environment
• Genuine enthusiasm for content creation with both strategic and creative capabilities
• Comfort with presenting and communicating ideas
• Structured work approach with excellent instincts for daily prioritization
• Balance between serious professional standards and an enjoyable working style
• Initial experience with social media tools and platforms
• Basic knowledge of paid social advertising
• Strong desire to take ownership and develop professionally and creatively
• Growth mindset—you don't need to know everything, but you're eager to learn
