IT Application Manager ERP & SAP (m/w/d) Support und Systembetreuung

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential manufacturing organization in their search for an IT Application Manager to support ERP and SAP systems. In this role, you will ensure the operational stability of the Diamond ERP system while supporting users across the SAP environment. Your day-to-day work will include:

• Maintaining and ensuring operational continuity of the Diamond ERP system and supporting the development of related business processes
• Analyzing, prioritizing, and resolving incidents, service requests, and functional requirements within the ERP and SAP landscape
• Serving as first-line support for end users regarding applications, permissions, and recurring issues
• Monitoring and maintaining interfaces, data flows, and data quality between Diamond, SAP, and other connected systems
• Coordinating and supporting system updates, releases, and functional enhancements
• Collaborating closely with business departments, key users, application managers, and external service providers
• Documenting processes and solutions, and escalating complex issues to specialized colleagues as needed

What We're Looking For

• Completed vocational training or comparable qualification in IT
• Technical understanding of system interfaces and data flows
• Basic knowledge of the SAP environment and understanding of business processes
• Initial experience in IT support or ERP/enterprise application administration
• Willingness to develop both professionally and personally
• Analytical, structured, and solution-oriented working style
• Strong service orientation and communication skills with end users
• German language proficiency required for this role
