Customer Success Associate

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential market intelligence technology company in their search for a Customer Success Associate based in the USA. Our client serves thousands of enterprise organizations with an AI-powered research platform trusted across industries including finance, consulting, and corporate strategy.

This role focuses on driving user adoption and engagement through personalized onboarding, proactive outreach, and ongoing training support. You'll work directly with platform users to help them integrate the product into their daily workflows while partnering with commercial teams to strengthen account health and retention.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and deliver 1:1 onboarding sessions for new users, helping them build productive habits with the platform from day one
• Conduct warm outreach via email and phone to low-activity or dormant users, converting conversations into live training sessions that drive adoption
• Support client engagement across diverse industries and user types, joining account teams on virtual or onsite sessions and owning follow-up actions
• Partner with account managers to maintain customer health through tailored training, workflow guidance, and product support that reduces churn risk
• Assist sales teams by running product overview sessions for trial users and supporting demos that highlight platform value
• Capture and share market insights, usage trends, and recurring themes with internal stakeholders to strengthen client relationships and inform product development
• Track user feedback and pain points, flagging opportunities for improvement to product and customer success leadership

What We're Looking For

• 1+ years of experience in high-volume outreach, user support, or a client-facing role
• Comfortable presenting to and training diverse user groups; able to explain complex concepts in simple, clear language
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly and maintain engaging, productive conversations
• Energetic, curious mindset with eagerness to learn new workflows and industry use cases on the job
• Highly organized and motivated, capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a collaborative, team-oriented approach

Pay

Pay via Get A Job.ai: $70,000–$87,000 USD base salary. Final compensation is determined by experience and expertise. This role may also include performance-based bonus and equity at the client level.
