Assistant Store Manager (m/w/d)

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential fashion retail client seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Berlin. In this role, you will translate strategic goals into measurable daily results on the shop floor. You will connect people, performance, and processes by leading teams, developing talent, and ensuring commercial objectives come to life. Working alongside the Store Manager, you will make decisions, set priorities, and drive the store forward every day. Your impact will be visible across the team, the sales floor, and in the numbers.

What We're Looking For

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to provide direction and motivation to your team
• A balanced focus on sales performance, customer service excellence, and team morale
• Decision-making capability and the ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced retail environment
• Experience in retail management or a similar leadership position
• Fluency in German is required for this Berlin-based position
• A passion for fashion retail and delivering exceptional customer experiences
