We are representing a confidential electronics refurbishment organization in Münster that is seeking a Robotics Developer to join their technical automation team. Our client operates at the intersection of sustainability and technology, processing high volumes of electronic devices through innovative automated solutions.

This role is ideal for someone with a maker mentality who is eager to work across automation, programming, and electrotechnical systems. You don't need to be an expert in every area—what matters most is your motivation to learn and your ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Develop automation solutions and process automation systems
• Support the development of new robotics solutions and automation projects
• Train and program robotic systems
• Perform general system administration tasks
• Create CAD designs and manage 3D printing projects
• Install hardware components and manage cable infrastructure
• Support the implementation of new technical processes
• Program robotics components based on your qualifications and development

What We're Looking For

• Strong interest in development and robotics with high motivation to learn new technologies
• Prior experience with technical projects and successful implementation
• Reliability, teamwork skills, and independent working style
• German and English language proficiency (written and spoken)
• Basic knowledge of programming languages is advantageous
• Technical background or demonstrated ability to work across automation, programming, or electrical engineering
