(Senior) Projektmanager SAP S/4HANA (m/w/d)

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential SAP consulting organization seeking a (Senior) Project Manager for SAP S/4HANA implementations. In this role, you will:

• Consult and coach clients in the utilities and energy sectors on project-relevant topics, supporting their project leadership to successfully shape transformation initiatives
• Support planning of transformation-related measures and ensure delivery within time, budget, and scope
• Execute and manage SAP projects in the utilities domain, from initial project setup through planning phases to go-live support
• Lead and participate in interdisciplinary project teams, collaborating closely with consulting units and client IT departments
• Ensure quality standards across project deliverables and methodologies
• Conduct training sessions and workshops for client teams
• Apply your expertise in both classical and agile/hybrid project methodologies to solve complex challenges

What We're Looking For

• Completed degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, or comparable qualification
• Minimum 4 years of professional experience successfully delivering SAP S/4HANA projects in the utilities sector
• Strong proficiency with classical and agile project approaches, with a solid methodological toolkit you can deploy professionally
• Certification in PRINCE2, IPMA, or similar project management framework is desirable
• Demonstrated ability to navigate complex project structures and client requirements, creating clarity and structure through methodological expertise
• Customer-oriented work style with proactive approach and analytical thinking to identify and address project pain points
• Self-directed yet collaborative, able to integrate effectively into both internal and client project teams
• Resilient personality capable of asserting yourself when necessary, with no tolerance for silo mentality
• Hands-on mentality and willingness to roll up your sleeves
• Fluent German at C1 level and good English skills, both written and spoken
