Wir vertreten einen Mandanten aus der Immobilienwirtschaft bei der Suche nach einem Praktikanten im Controlling. In dieser Position unterstützen Sie das Finance-Team bei:
- Unterstützung bei der Erstellung von Businessplänen, Forecasts und Liquiditätsplanungen
- Mitarbeit bei der Erstellung regelmäßiger Reports sowie Unterstützung bei Abweichungsanalysen
- Unterstützung bei der Analyse von Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüssen
- Mitwirkung bei der Erstellung von Ad-hoc-Analysen
- Mitarbeit bei der Weiterentwicklung und Pflege von Controlling- und Reportingstrukturen sowie Unterstützung bei der Anwendung bestehender Tools
Was wir suchen
Für diese Position suchen wir Kandidaten mit folgenden Qualifikationen:
- Laufendes Studium der Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder eines vergleichbaren Studiengangs, idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt Finance, Controlling oder Immobilienwirtschaft
- Strukturierte, sorgfältige und eigenständige Arbeitsweise
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office, insbesondere gute Excelkenntnisse
- Analytisches Denkvermögen und Zahlenaffinität
- Hohe Zuverlässigkeit, Einsatzbereitschaft und Teamfähigkeit
- Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit in der Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Fachbereichen
