(SENIOR) ACCOUNT MANAGER*IN (m/w/d)

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential digital media organization based in Hamburg, and we're seeking a Senior Account Manager to join their Sales & Partnerships team. In this role, you will:

• Serve as the strategic lead for key client partnerships, proactively shaping the value and depth of these relationships across the organization's ecosystem
• Own the conception and execution of customized development plans for partners ranging from brands to technology companies, acting as a catalyst to exceed mutual growth objectives
• Manage the complete commercial cycle from strategic proposal development through pricing and contract negotiation to ensuring profitability of your partner accounts
• Take ownership of complex partner projects, ensuring internal processes run smoothly and concepts are executed to the highest standard
• Coordinate collaboration across internal teams including content, events, and technology while maintaining comprehensive oversight
• Maintain relevant information in CRM and project management tools, analyze performance results, and derive strategic recommendations for leadership
• Identify opportunities and lead initiatives to enhance communication materials, presentations, and strategic documentation
• Analyze partner business models and recommend targeted measures based on your findings

What We're Looking For

• Multiple years of experience in sales, sponsorship, or project management with a passion for partnership-oriented work with brands, tech companies, and agencies
• Reliable, solution-focused approach with demonstrated ability to build sustainable client relationships
• Data-driven and structured working style with skilled use of CRM platforms like HubSpot and analytics tools
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace applications
• Negotiation-level fluency in both German and English
