Our talent team is representing a confidential telehealth organization that is redefining how Americans approach aging and wellness. This is a rare executive opportunity to serve as Chief Longevity Officer and shape the clinical and scientific direction of a fast-growing digital health platform. You'll lead longevity medicine strategy, oversee patient care quality, and translate cutting-edge research into real outcomes for thousands of patients nationwide.

This is a fully remote role based in the United States, ideal for a board-certified physician with deep expertise in longevity medicine, hormone optimization, or metabolic health who wants to build something transformative.

Responsibilities

In this executive role, you will:

• Define and own the organization's longevity medicine strategy, including clinical protocols, therapeutic frameworks, and evidence standards across hormone optimization, metabolic health, immunity, and cardiac care
• Serve as the primary scientific voice and thought leader, representing the company externally at conferences, media engagements, and strategic partnerships
• Stay at the forefront of longevity science and translate emerging research into actionable clinical insights and product improvements
• Oversee development and continuous improvement of clinical protocols in partnership with affiliated medical practices
• Guide integration of clinical protocols into proprietary AI-driven technology that supports patient care decisions
• Champion patient outcomes by establishing clinical quality benchmarks and driving continuous improvement across the care model
• Collaborate with care team leadership to ensure patient-facing interactions maintain clinical integrity, empathy, and accuracy
• Identify gaps in the patient journey that represent opportunities to improve health outcomes or satisfaction
• Serve as a member of the executive leadership team, contributing to company strategy, culture, and decision-making
• Build and mentor a team of clinical and scientific advisors as the function scales

What We're Looking For

Required qualifications:

• MD, DO, or equivalent doctoral-level clinical degree with board certification
• 10+ years of clinical experience with meaningful exposure to longevity medicine, hormone optimization, metabolic health, or closely related specialty
• Demonstrated track record of translating complex scientific concepts into accessible, actionable patient care or consumer-facing content
• Prior leadership experience at a healthcare company, digital health platform, or clinical organization
• Deep familiarity with regulatory and compliance environment governing telehealth and direct-to-consumer healthcare
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including experience presenting to executive or board-level audiences
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced, frequently changing environment
• Creative problem-solving skills with a results-driven mindset
• Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively across functions

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience working in a high-growth startup or scaling organization
• Published research or recognized thought leadership in longevity medicine, functional medicine, or endocrinology
• Familiarity with HIPAA, DEA scheduling requirements, and multi-state telehealth regulations
• Active medical licensure in multiple US states
• Deep appreciation for AI and experience using it within clinical workflows
