Imaging Specialist Manager

We are representing a confidential biotechnology organization in their search for an Imaging Specialist Manager. This is a critical role supporting clinical trial operations across multiple therapeutic areas and global sites.

In this position, you'll plan and execute operational aspects of clinical imaging strategy across all trial phases, from start-up through close-out.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute operational imaging strategy, risk assessment, mitigation, and execution for oncology and non-oncology clinical trials globally
• Maintain quality and scientific integrity of imaging-related elements throughout clinical trials
• Serve as internal subject matter expert, advising Clinical Program Operations and Global Development Operations functions on imaging best practices
• Build cross-functional relationships and collaborate with clinical teams to integrate imaging into trial protocols
• Manage and coordinate end-to-end imaging specialist support across the clinical portfolio
• Drive continuous improvement by applying lessons learned and ensuring consistent standards across studies
• Provide updates and strategic guidance to senior management

What We're Looking For

Minimum Education & Experience:

• Doctorate degree, or
• Master's degree and 2 years relevant experience, or
• Bachelor's degree and 4 years relevant experience, or
• Associate's degree and 8 years relevant experience, or
• High school diploma/GED and 10 years relevant experience

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences or medically related field
• 7+ years in life sciences, including 4+ years of biopharmaceutical clinical research experience with clinical trials at a biotech, pharmaceutical, or CRO company
• Minimum 5 years leading global teams
• Experience operationalizing clinical studies with imaging elements and managing imaging vendors
• Strong understanding of drug development processes, clinical trial conduct, ICH-GCP, and local regulations
• Knowledge of quality oversight, process improvement, and project/program management
• Ability to network and build relationships across functions
• Experience across various therapeutic areas preferred
