We are representing a confidential technology client seeking a talented Freelance Brand Designer to develop compelling visual identities for real-world brands and products. This part-time remote position is perfect for experienced designers who excel at brand strategy, visual identity systems, and maintaining brand consistency across all touchpoints.

Responsibilities

• Develop foundational brand assets from the ground up, including logos, complete visual identity systems, and comprehensive color schemes
• Create and systematically organize variations of core brand elements for consistent application
• Serve as the gatekeeper for brand consistency across all internal and external materials, including presentation decks and social media assets
• Build scalable, enduring visual systems that align with modern design standards and best practices
• Enforce design quality through cross-platform validation, ensuring brand aesthetics translate seamlessly across digital and print mediums
• Develop clear brand guidelines, style guides, and structured asset libraries for team-wide use

What We're Looking For

Required Experience & Skills:

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in brand design, graphic design, art direction, or visual communications
• Strong portfolio heavily focused on brand identity creation, logo design, and comprehensive brand guidelines
• Deep proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and Figma for crafting and managing design assets
• Expertise in building foundational brand assets from scratch, including scalable logos, color palettes, and typography systems
• Proven ability to translate brand identity seamlessly across varied formats—from digital social media to corporate presentations and print materials
• Strong organizational skills to architect brand system structures and asset libraries
• Strategic, detail-oriented mindset focused on long-term brand equity
• Self-directed work ethic with ability to troubleshoot independently and deliver high-quality results
• English proficiency at upper-intermediate (B2) level or above
• Portfolio showcasing branding work must be included with application

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Communication Design, or related creative fields

Work Commitment:

• Part-time freelance opportunity, approximately 10–20 hours per week during active project phases
• Fully remote position based in the United States
