Project Manager-Construction

JLL is seeking a Project Manager-Construction to join our team in Princeton, IN, on a full-time basis. In this hands-on leadership role, you'll oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of construction projects from conception through completion, ensuring they stay on schedule, within budget, and meet all quality and safety standards.

Role Overview

As a Construction Project Manager at JLL, you'll take ownership of major construction initiatives in the Princeton area. Your role bridges strategy and execution—translating architectural and engineering plans into reality while managing the complex logistics of on-site coordination, vendor relationships, and team performance. You'll be the central point of accountability for project success, with direct responsibility for timelines, costs, and stakeholder satisfaction.

Core Duties

• Lead project planning, budgeting, and resource allocation from project kickoff through final closeout
• Manage daily construction operations, including site supervision, contractor coordination, and trade scheduling
• Monitor project progress against timelines and budgets; identify risks early and implement corrective actions
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and quality standards throughout construction
• Serve as primary contact for clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors; maintain clear communication and documentation
• Track change orders, permits, inspections, and all project documentation
• Manage procurement of materials and equipment to support project needs and deadlines

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field, or equivalent professional experience
• Minimum 3–5 years of construction project management experience
• Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong understanding of construction methods, building codes, and safety regulations
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively
• Valid driver's license and willingness to spend time on construction sites
