We are representing a confidential construction organization seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to join their team remotely from Argentina. This full-time role requires availability during US business hours and offers the opportunity to oversee projects from initiation through completion while coordinating with diverse stakeholders across multiple time zones.

Responsibilities

  • Manage construction projects from planning and initiation through completion and closeout
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, timelines, milestones, and deliverables
  • Track project scope, priorities, dependencies, and deadlines while identifying potential risks and implementing solutions
  • Develop and monitor project budgets, estimates, costs, invoices, and overall financial performance
  • Coordinate vendors, contractors, subcontractors, and external partners throughout project lifecycles
  • Obtain quotes, evaluate pricing, and coordinate material and equipment deliveries according to schedules
  • Serve as primary point of contact for clients, vendors, contractors, and stakeholders
  • Prepare project updates, reports, and documentation for leadership review
  • Maintain accurate project documentation including schedules, budgets, contracts, and records
  • Develop and maintain standard operating procedures and project workflows
  • Resolve scheduling conflicts, operational issues, and project obstacles proactively
  • Balance multiple projects and competing priorities effectively

What We're Looking For

  • 3+ years of project management or project coordination experience, preferably in construction or related industries
  • Proven track record managing projects from planning through successful completion
  • Strong experience with project scheduling, timelines, milestones, and deliverables
  • Demonstrated experience managing budgets, costs, invoices, and project financials
  • Experience coordinating vendors, contractors, subcontractors, and external partners
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills with ability to manage multiple concurrent projects
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities
  • Proficiency with project management, CRM, ERP, or business operations software
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel or comparable spreadsheet tools
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and take ownership of outcomes
  • Strong attention to detail and documentation skills
  • Availability to work US business hours from Argentina
