About This Opportunity
We are representing a confidential consulting firm in München that is building out its AI practice. Our client works with enterprise organizations to implement cutting-edge artificial intelligence solutions, and we're looking for talented AI professionals at both mid-level and senior levels to join their growing team.

Responsibilities
- Analyze client requirements and develop tailored AI solutions that integrate into existing enterprise IT environments
- Implement and deploy AI and machine learning systems using modern frameworks and tooling
- Design and build technical prototypes to demonstrate feasibility and value to stakeholders
- Support evaluation and selection of AI technologies, tools, and platforms
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate technical concepts into production-ready implementations
- Document technical processes and maintain best practices across projects
- Senior Level: Lead technically complex AI projects and architect scalable, innovative solutions
- Senior Level: Provide technical advisory to clients and internal teams on AI strategy and implementation
- Senior Level: Conduct code reviews, create detailed technical specifications, and ensure adherence to enterprise standards
- Senior Level: Take on personnel responsibility for project teams and mentor junior consultants
What We're Looking For
- Master's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, Natural Sciences, Mathematics, or related field
- Consultant: 1–2 years of professional experience; Senior Consultant: 2–5 years of experience
- Demonstrated experience implementing AI solutions in business or enterprise environments
- Strong knowledge of AI and ML frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, and LangChain
- Experience with database systems including vector databases and graph databases
- Proficiency in Python with experience working within enterprise development standards
- Senior Level: Proven experience in team leadership and project organization
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Excellent presentation and facilitation skills with confidence in client-facing situations
- Team player who is motivated, flexible, communicative, and proactive
- Willingness to travel as projects require
- Fluent German and English language skills (C1 level or higher in both)
