Deployment Lead – ERP Solutions

We are representing a well-funded, AI-native financial technology company that is transforming how modern finance teams operate. Our client serves hundreds of organizations and partners with leading accounting firms to deliver enterprise-grade solutions at remarkable speed.

We're seeking an experienced Deployment Lead to guide complex customer implementations and help finance teams successfully transition onto our client's platform. This role is ideal for someone who has led ERP implementations and understands how to turn complex accounting and operational requirements into practical systems solutions.

This is a remote position open to candidates based anywhere in the United States. Our client also has offices in New York City and San Francisco for those who prefer a hybrid arrangement.

Responsibilities

• Lead key parts of customer onboarding and deployment, ensuring smooth and timely implementation experiences
• Partner with internal teams across Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to execute implementation plans and solve customer problems quickly
• Analyze client accounting and finance workflows, then translate those needs into clear requirements and practical solutions
• Guide customers through onboarding, training, change management, and adoption processes
• Support data migration, reconciliations, systems setup, and integration coordination
• Track milestones, drive follow-through, and keep internal and external stakeholders aligned throughout the onboarding process
• Identify risks early, escalate issues quickly, and help keep customer launches on track
• Build trust with customers by being responsive, thoughtful, and solutions-oriented
• Maintain clear documentation and provide regular status updates to customers and internal stakeholders

What We're Looking For

• 4–7 years of experience in ERP implementation, systems consulting, or finance transformation (e.g., Big 4 or implementation firms)
• Background in SaaS, high-growth technology companies, or implementation/consulting environments strongly preferred
• Hands-on ERP experience with platforms such as NetSuite, SAP, or Workday, including requirements gathering, configuration, data migration, and go-live execution
• Strong understanding of core accounting workflows (close processes, reconciliations, revenue recognition standards) and how they translate into systems
• Customer-facing experience with strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Systems-minded with solid project management abilities; capable of running multiple workstreams simultaneously
• Comfortable operating in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with high attention to detail
• Experience working cross-functionally with both technical and non-technical teams
