About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential education technology organization in Brazil that is seeking a Commercial Consultant to drive their financial solutions portfolio. Our talent team at Get A Job.ai is partnering with this client to find a skilled sales professional who can navigate complex B2B cycles and build lasting relationships with decision-makers across the country.

Responsibilities

• Develop deep knowledge of our client's product suite and understand the challenges within the education sector
• Manage the complete sales funnel from prospecting through closing, with focus on conversion and securing large accounts
• Negotiate complex contracts that often involve significant financial decisions for educational institutions
• Build and strengthen relationships with managers and key decision-makers (directors, owners, and C-level executives), understanding their pain points and motivations to propose customized solutions
• Maintain CRM accuracy and completeness throughout all stages of the sales pipeline
• Create innovative engagement strategies to optimize the customer journey
• Identify market opportunities and suggest continuous product improvements

What We're Looking For

Required qualifications:

• Solid experience in complex, long-cycle sales (B2B, SaaS, ERP, or similar)
• Proven track record managing sales funnels effectively
• Full availability for extensive travel throughout Brazil without geographic restrictions
• Eagerness to learn and contribute to a winning team environment
• Strong communication skills with active listening abilities and openness to constructive feedback
• Adaptability to handle constant change
• Demonstrated sense of urgency, responsibility, organization, and proactive mindset

Preferred qualifications:

• Previous experience in financial services or selling financial products
