Client Engagement Manager

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential data and AI consulting organization seeking a Client Engagement Manager to own and grow client relationships across a defined portfolio. This is a remote role open to candidates in the United States and LATAM.

In this position, you will serve as the primary bridge between client stakeholders and internal delivery teams—ensuring execution stays aligned with business outcomes while identifying opportunities for expansion. You'll operate both strategically and tactically: managing executive relationships while staying close enough to day-to-day work to anticipate risk and protect delivery health.

Responsibilities

• Own and build long-term client partnerships grounded in trust and business acumen across your assigned accounts
• Co-discover client needs and frame engagements around measurable business impact: revenue, cost, margin, risk, and speed
• Drive account expansion by identifying and shaping new opportunities in partnership with growth leadership
• Monitor satisfaction and delivery health proactively; surface tradeoffs and concerns before they escalate
• Stay engaged in tactical execution including sprint planning, backlog refinement, and client reviews to maintain credibility and insight
• Collaborate across growth, delivery, and solutions teams to create seamless client experiences

What We're Looking For

• 7–10 years of experience in client-facing roles with clear ownership of relationships, delivery, and account growth
• Background in technology, data, or AI consulting strongly preferred
• Strong ability to navigate difficult conversations and communicate effectively with executives (English C1 proficiency required)
• Comfort managing day-to-day engagement details while developing strategic account direction
• Proven track record working across multiple functions to align delivery with client expectations
• Bonus: experience in data science, AI, or digital transformation; high-growth environment experience; prior people management in client-facing roles
