Project & Operations Rework Support Working Student – Germany

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential renewable energy organization seeking a motivated working student to support their European rework operations team. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in service project coordination, supplier management, and technical documentation within a fast-growing industry.

Location: Oberschleißheim, Germany
Employment Type: Working Student (part-time)

Responsibilities

• Support the coordination and execution of service rework projects across multiple European sites
• Assist with project administration, documentation management, and operational follow-up activities
• Maintain accurate project records, tracking systems, reports, and technical documentation
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders, suppliers, and service partners on open actions and project milestones
• Help ensure rework activities are properly planned, documented, tracked, and completed on schedule
• Manage data entry and updates in project management systems with high attention to detail
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives and transparent reporting within rework operations

What We're Looking For

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree programme
• Background in Engineering, Energy, Business Administration, Project Management, or related field is advantageous
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Strong written and spoken English skills; German language ability is a plus
• Highly organized and detail-oriented with proven ability to maintain structured documentation
• Proactive communicator who works well in collaborative, international team environments
• Able to work independently, prioritize multiple tasks, and consistently follow up on open items
• Interest in renewable energy, service operations, or project management is beneficial
