Marketing Operations Coordinator

We are representing a confidential EdTech organization seeking a Marketing Operations Coordinator based in Mexico. Our client is a leader in learning technology solutions, and this role will support their global marketing organization through campaign execution, process optimization, and marketing automation excellence.

As a Marketing Operations Coordinator, you will be instrumental in building and deploying campaigns, maintaining data quality, and ensuring seamless collaboration across sales, marketing, and customer success teams. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced B2B SaaS environment.

Responsibilities

• Build, test, and deploy marketing programs in Marketo across email, webinar, nurture, and event campaigns
• Support campaign tracking through proper UTM structures, program channel tagging, and Salesforce campaign setup
• Manage lead processing workflows including routing, scoring, and assignment accuracy in coordination with sales development leadership
• Troubleshoot marketing automation and lead flow issues, resolving or escalating as appropriate
• Enforce campaign and lead management best practices through regular audits and quality assurance processes
• Partner with digital marketing and web teams on form strategies to ensure proper lead routing and sales communications
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of campaign operations playbooks, workflows, and templates
• Collaborate with demand generation, events, and content teams to ensure flawless campaign execution
• Stay current on industry trends, platform updates, and pursue Marketo Certified Expert (MCE) certification over time

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of experience in Marketing Operations or Campaign Execution, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment
• Hands-on experience with Marketo (required), Salesforce (preferred), and Excel/Google Sheets
• Familiarity with lead lifecycle management, scoring models, and campaign attribution frameworks
• Excellent organizational and project management skills with exceptional attention to detail
• Clear, concise communication style—able to translate technical requirements to non-technical stakeholders
• Curious mindset with eagerness to dive into tools, systems, and processes to drive continuous improvement
• Experience with campaign operations excellence including program setup, QA, and deployment across multiple campaign types
• Understanding of data quality standards and system hygiene best practices
