Consultant.e Senior – Transformation, Marketing & Expérience Client

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential consulting organization seeking a Senior Consultant specializing in Transformation, Marketing & Client Experience to join their Business Consulting practice in Paris.

In this role, you will lead high-stakes transformation projects across diverse industries including luxury, retail, financial services, and hospitality, working with both B2C and B2B clients. Your responsibilities will include:

• Defining strategic vision and building implementation roadmaps
• Identifying innovative opportunities and use cases
• Designing engagement strategies and client journeys while measuring their impact
• Reimagining processes and organizational structures, particularly in AI and agentic contexts
• Managing operational implementation of initiatives from launch to scale
• Supporting client teams through change management and tool adoption
• Measuring performance and ROI to ensure sustainable success of deployed actions

What We're Looking For

Our client requires a seasoned professional with the following qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in transformation, change management, marketing, and client experience, ideally in consulting
• Recognized leadership skills, analytical mindset, and ability to synthesize complex challenges
• Strong methodological foundations (strategic framing, roadmap definition, use case construction)
• Solid knowledge of or strong interest in AI topics
• Ability to adapt quickly to varied and demanding contexts
• Curious and proactive approach with a focus on proposing innovative solutions to create value
• Fluent English essential (international clients and environments)
• French language proficiency required for this Paris-based position

This is a hybrid role based in the Paris area (Levallois-Perret), combining on-site and remote work.
