Product Manager – Platform Experience & Cloud Administration (m/f/d)

This organization serves over 2,000 companies globally with cloud-based business planning solutions and is experiencing significant growth across Europe, North America, and APAC markets.

Based in Freiburg im Breisgau, this role offers the opportunity to shape critical platform experiences that impact tens of thousands of daily users. You'll own strategy and execution for navigation, onboarding, user access, and cloud administration capabilities within a modern SaaS platform.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive product vision, strategy, and roadmap for platform navigation, base UI components, and cloud console capabilities
• Conduct user research and stakeholder interviews to validate opportunities and ensure impactful product investments
• Improve core platform experiences including navigation, onboarding, login flows, session management, and integrations with analytics and feature flagging services
• Enhance self-service cloud administration tools that enable IT teams to manage environments, users, permissions, and access controls efficiently
• Guide initiatives from concept through delivery, launch, and communication while ensuring quality execution and measurable outcomes
• Balance customer needs, technical complexity, business priorities, and long-term platform architecture in product decisions
• Collaborate closely with Engineering and Architecture teams to align delivery with sustainable scalability goals
• Work cross-functionally with Product, Design, Engineering, Sales, Customer Success, and Leadership to build alignment and drive execution
• Define success metrics, measure adoption and user experience improvements, and continuously optimize platform capabilities
• Champion customer-centric innovation that serves both end users and IT administrators while strengthening trust and satisfaction

What We're Looking For

• 3–5 years of product management experience within enterprise SaaS environments
• Proven track record owning foundational product areas such as platform services, administrative experiences, developer portals, or infrastructure-related products
• Strong understanding of both IT buyer/administrator needs and end user requirements
• Demonstrated ability to define product strategy, prioritize initiatives, and drive execution in complex cross-functional environments
• Track record of building trust with engineering teams through clear problem definition, structured thinking, and pragmatic decision-making
• Experience navigating dependencies across multiple teams and stakeholders
• Comfortable working in ambiguous environments and translating complexity into actionable plans
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities
• Fluent English communication skills, written and verbal
• Based within a European time zone

First-year success indicators: Administrators complete common tasks independently without support tickets; new user time-to-value significantly reduced through enhanced onboarding; clear multi-year platform roadmap established with stakeholder buy-in.
