Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential SaaS organization seeking a working student with construction industry expertise. In this role, you will bridge hands-on building site knowledge with modern B2B sales operations. You'll join a business development team focused on identifying and qualifying potential clients from the construction and real estate sectors.

Your core responsibilities include:

• Researching and identifying potential new customers in the construction and real estate industry
• Conducting initial outreach and needs assessment using modern sales tools
• Maintaining CRM systems and ensuring clean pipeline management
• Analyzing market trends and target customer patterns within the construction industry
• Creating reports on lead quality and conversion metrics

What We're Looking For

Our client seeks a currently enrolled student in construction or engineering disciplines (such as civil engineering, construction management, or architecture) who can work at least 16 hours per week with regular presence in their Munich office.

Required qualifications:

• Active enrollment in a relevant construction or engineering program
• Initial exposure to the construction industry through internships, working student positions, or personal project interest
• Understanding of typical operational challenges on construction sites and key industry players
• Interest in sales, SaaS business models, and startup environments
• Structured, independent working style with willingness to take ownership
• Experience with AI tools such as Claude, Perplexity, or ChatGPT
• Fluent German and English language skills
