About This Opportunity
We are representing a confidential legal services organization seeking a Client Performance Specialist to join their remote team. This role serves as the critical bridge between clients and internal operations, ensuring seamless communication, monitoring performance metrics, and driving continuous improvement across client accounts.
As a Client Performance Specialist, you'll own the day-to-day relationship with top-tier clients, translating their needs into actionable operational plans while keeping stakeholders aligned. You'll combine analytical rigor with strong communication skills to identify trends, resolve issues, and present performance insights that drive client success.
Responsibilities
- Act as primary liaison for top-tier client accounts, managing all aspects of service delivery and communication
- Prepare and refresh monthly client-specific reports, analyzing KPIs to identify performance successes and improvement opportunities
- Create performance review presentations and lead client performance calls
- Monitor client placements and inventory progression to ensure timely and accurate processing
- Communicate client requirement changes to internal teams and verify successful implementation
- Maintain and update reference materials as client specifications evolve
- Research and resolve escalated account-level issues from both internal teams and external clients
- Identify systemic trends through case-level analysis and provide strategic recommendations to stakeholders
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent experience in client services roles
- Previous client-facing experience strongly preferred
- Superior written and verbal communication skills with ability to present complex information clearly and concisely
- Strong critical thinking and data analysis capabilities
- Curious, innovative mindset focused on process improvement and creative problem-solving
- Ability to manage shifting priorities in a fast-paced, detail-oriented, results-driven environment
- Collaborative working style with respect for diverse perspectives
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Ability to work Monday through Friday, 8am–5pm with flexibility for business needs
