Data Entry Specialist

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential BPO organization that supports U.S.-based clients in the construction industry. Our talent team is seeking a Data Entry Specialist to join their growing operations in the Philippines. This is a graveyard shift, work-from-home position requiring strong technical skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Extract and import project and contact details from existing client systems into new platforms
• Upload and organize associated documents and photos with accuracy
• Set up and configure system integrations with third-party tools
• Customize workflows, pipelines, and automation triggers
• Create and configure estimate and contract templates
• Perform data entry migration with strong typing skills
• Handle additional tasks as assigned to support client operations

What We're Looking For

• Minimum one (1) year of experience in a BPO setup
• Advanced knowledge of Google Sheets and Excel is a strong plus
• Ability to multitask efficiently while maintaining high accuracy
• Willing to work graveyard shift hours
• Strong typing skills for data entry and note-taking
• Exceptional attention to detail to ensure accurate data handling
• Problem-solving skills to navigate unexpected situations
• Existing home office setup with a conducive work environment
• Computer specs: at least Core i5 (7th gen or newer) or AMD equivalent, 16GB RAM, functional camera, noise-canceling headset, dual monitor
• Stable internet connection with at least 25 Mbps upload and download speeds
• Back-up power and internet required

Pay

Our client offers competitive compensation starting at 20,000 PHP gross monthly plus 13th month pay. Pay begins on day 1 of training. This is a long-term, full-time position with comprehensive benefits including HMO coverage, government-mandated benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, PAG-IBIG), paid leaves, performance incentives, and career advancement opportunities.
