This is a 100% remote position where you will support patients through virtual eye care consultations, combining advanced diagnostic technology with compassionate, patient-centered service.

Our client has built a sophisticated platform that enables optometrists to conduct complete eye examinations remotely using high-definition video connections and real-time diagnostic feeds supported by trained on-site technician teams. You'll practice from home while maintaining the clinical rigor and patient relationships that drew you to optometry.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive eye examinations through advanced telehealth technology with real-time diagnostic capabilities
• Engage directly with patients via video consultation, providing expert clinical assessment and treatment recommendations
• Educate patients on eye health, preventive care, and treatment options with professionalism and empathy
• Review diagnostic results transmitted from in-office technician teams and make informed clinical decisions
• Maintain clinical autonomy while collaborating with a supportive remote care team
• Foster a patient-first culture through warm, personalized interactions
• Participate in continuing education and professional development opportunities

What We're Looking For

• Active Optometry license in good standing (or eligible for licensure) in the state where you will practice
• Minimum 1 year of clinical optometry experience
• Comfort with technology and virtual care delivery platforms
• Strong communication skills and ability to build patient rapport remotely
• Commitment to delivering compassionate, high-quality eye care
