Creative Marketing Manager (FitMe)

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential health and wellness mobile app company seeking a Creative Marketing Manager to drive user acquisition through compelling creative strategies. In this role, you will:

• Develop and execute creative strategies and concepts to promote mobile applications in the fitness space
• Collaborate with Product and User Acquisition teams to identify key features and test collaborative approaches that boost performance
• Optimize creative assets based on analytical data and user feedback
• Conduct competitor research to analyze market best practices and emerging trends
• Create advertisements for Meta, Google, and other advertising networks
• Lead brainstorming sessions with cross-functional teams
• Write briefs for user-generated content (UGC), evaluate results, and implement improvements
• Partner with designers and illustrators to rapidly test creative concepts
• Balance creative innovation with measurable performance goals

What We're Looking For

• At least 1 year of experience as a creative marketing manager or creative producer in performance marketing, preferably in healthy lifestyle, nutrition, or fitness domains
• Strong data-driven approach to creative development and optimization
• Deep understanding of target audience psychology and user needs
• Proven ability to create and implement performing creative strategies
• Experience with analytics platforms and creative optimization techniques
• Ability to create engaging, informative content that effectively attracts and converts users
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Independent working style with ability to drive processes forward
• Flexible and adaptable in fast-changing environments
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher
• Understanding of modern trends across social media platforms
