We are representing a leading consultancy specializing in customer experience transformation and marketing data solutions. Our client, a confidential firm within the global marketing and technology sector, is seeking a talented Data Analyst to join their Customer Insights team in Paris.

As part of our talent team at Get A Job.ai, we're looking for a consultant who will help drive data-driven marketing decisions and enhance customer knowledge for enterprise clients across multiple industries.

Responsibilities

• Conduct customer behavior analyses to identify trends and opportunities
• Develop and implement customer segmentation strategies
• Build predictive scoring models (churn prediction, propensity modeling, cross-sell opportunities)
• Analyze marketing campaign performance and measure effectiveness
• Create interactive dashboards for stakeholder reporting
• Manage projects end-to-end from initial briefing through final client presentation
• Deliver actionable marketing recommendations based on data insights
• Bridge technical and operational teams through clear communication and translation of complex analytical findings

What We're Looking For

• Master's degree in Statistics, Data Science, Econometrics, or related quantitative field
• Significant prior experience in marketing analytics, ideally within a consulting environment
• Strong marketing competencies: ROI calculation, customer acquisition and retention strategies, lifetime value modeling, potential identification
• Advanced statistical and technical skills including:
  • Descriptive and advanced analytical methods
  • Predictive analytics and scoring model development
  • Operational segmentation implementation
  • Time series analysis
  • Population weighting methodologies
  • Structural equation modeling
• Expert proficiency in Python and/or R, SAS, SQL, Dataiku, and Tableau or Power BI
• Interest in advanced methodologies including Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Artificial Intelligence applications
• Fluent English (working with international clients)
• Analytical mindset with critical thinking abilities
• Collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to adapt communication style for different audiences and translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders
• Consultative approach with demonstrated subject matter expertise
