Senior Software Integration Engineer – Warehouse Automation

This role sits at the intersection of complex software deployments and client operations, requiring both technical depth and stakeholder coordination skills.

You will lead software development activities for deployment-specific features, coordinate cross-functional teams, and serve as the technical bridge between clients and internal project teams throughout implementation lifecycles.

Responsibilities

• Lead software development for deployment-specific functionalities from specification through operational handover
• Prepare and share software progress reports with project teams, highlighting risks and opportunities
• Facilitate functional analysis workshops to understand client requirements and propose software solutions
• Author software specifications for custom development work
• Organize, contribute to, and track development of software programs and interfaces between warehouse execution systems, client warehouse management systems, and equipment
• Mentor Software Integration Engineers during project development phases
• Oversee testing, simulation, and integration campaigns
• Ensure smooth knowledge transfer of developed features to operational teams
• Provide support to operational teams during client site installations
• Contribute to continuous service improvement initiatives

What We're Looking For

• Engineering degree, Master's, or equivalent qualification
• Approximately 5 years of experience including software development coordination, software integration, technical project management, or similar responsibilities
• Experience or strong interest in WMS/WES environments, warehouse automation, logistics systems, or industrial software
• Strong English proficiency for international and client-facing contexts
• Structured thinking with strong analytical capabilities and comfort managing conceptually complex topics
• Excellent collaboration skills with the ability to build trust, explain technical constraints, and coordinate multiple stakeholders
