Data Project Associate – Stage

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential Legal Tech organization expanding across Europe, North America, the Middle East, and Latin America. Our talent team is recruiting for a Data Project Associate internship based in Paris - La Défense, starting July 2026 for a minimum duration of 6 months.

This is a rare opportunity for an intern to work on high-stakes international projects, supporting data migration and integration initiatives for major corporate clients. You'll be embedded within an experienced Customer Success project team, contributing to complex data transformation work that directly impacts client adoption and satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Data Migration & Processing (Core Focus)

• Support client data migration projects from planning through execution and validation
• Participate in data transformation and integration activities
• Contribute to technical documentation including integration reports, meeting minutes, and test logs

Project Management & Coordination

• Support operational project tracking using agile methodology (planning, communication, milestones)
• Prepare for and contribute to client workshops (follow-up, facilitation, synthesis)
• Facilitate coordination between client business teams, IT departments, and internal teams (Support, R&D)

Client Engagement & Support

• Help build trusted relationships with clients during sensitive project phases
• Support change management efforts and user adoption
• Gain exposure to corporate legal functions including corporate governance, contract management, and company law

What We're Looking For

Education & Technical Skills

• Currently pursuing a Master's degree (Bac +4/5) in engineering, business with data/IT focus, computer science, applied mathematics, or data science
• Strong affinity for data: you enjoy understanding how data is structured, cleaned, and transformed
• SQL experience is a plus; rigor and willingness to learn are essential
• Solid proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office suite
• Operational English for international client contexts
