Account Executive – France

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential Legal Tech organization seeking an Account Executive to join their team in Paris - La Défense. In this role, you will own and execute your territory plan, structured around industry verticals such as financial services, healthcare, and energy, encompassing both existing clients and prospects.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Developing and implementing your territory plan, including strategic planning for key accounts
• Building and maintaining relationships with existing clients and prospects across your assigned sectors
• Creating and presenting compelling use cases and value propositions tailored to client digitalization needs
• Managing the complete sales cycle from prospecting through contract signature
• Collaborating closely with internal teams including Business Development Representatives, Alliances & Pre-Sales, Account Managers, and Marketing to maximize commercial effectiveness and client satisfaction
• Representing our client at major industry events

What We're Looking For

The ideal candidate will bring:

• 4+ years of successful experience in account management or sales within the enterprise software industry
• Proven experience selling SaaS solutions
• Demonstrated track record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas
• Strong proficiency with CRM tools for tracking and managing sales activity
• Bilingual fluency in English (written and spoken)
• Proven ability to autonomously develop and manage a commercial territory, aligning complex solutions with specific client needs
• Experience managing relationships with senior decision-makers
• Dynamic, proactive approach with a strong performance-driven mindset
• Ability to navigate diverse stakeholder ecosystems effectively
