Client Delivery Lead – Billing

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential energy technology client seeking a Client Delivery Lead - Billing based in Paris, France. Our client is transforming how utilities operate through advanced platform technology, working at the intersection of renewable energy, customer experience, and intelligent systems.

This role sits at the heart of client success, bridging technology teams and business operations to deliver exceptional billing and customer information solutions. You'll own the product roadmap for operations, working hands-on as an individual contributor while building capability across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Define and manage the operations product roadmap in partnership with technology and client operational teams
• Serve as the primary point of contact for client counterparts on technical development and issue resolution
• Triage incoming client requests and communicate priorities effectively to development teams
• Identify opportunities to leverage existing platform capabilities and propose new solutions to complex problems
• Support engineering teams throughout the product delivery lifecycle
• Define MVP scope and test-and-learn approaches for new product capabilities
• Navigate complexity across multiple customer journeys with diverse user types
• Drive continuous improvement by reviewing and adapting to evolving customer and business needs

What We're Looking For

• Degree-level qualification with strong client delivery and/or product ownership experience
• Fluent in both English and French (additional European languages are a plus)
• Demonstrated agile delivery experience and product management skills
• Understanding of product management principles and customer journey mapping
• Solid grasp of technology trends and platform-based solutions
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation abilities
• Strong influencing skills with the ability to challenge conventional thinking
• Experience managing significant complex delivery pipelines for clients
• Patient approach to long-term client transformations
• Relentless problem-solving mindset and client-focused attitude
• Experience in the financial industry is beneficial
• Previous experience in the electricity or utilities market in France is desirable
• Consulting background is a plus
• Must have the right to work in France at the time of application; visa sponsorship is not available
