Growth Lead – Paid Media (Meta Ads) – Remote

About This Opportunity

Our talent team at Get A Job.ai is representing a confidential consumer AI organization building WhatsApp-native products with strong market traction across India, the Middle East, and Europe. This is a first growth hire opportunity—you'll own paid acquisition end to end, working directly with experienced founders to scale a live, monetizing product from the ground up.

This is a remote position open to candidates in India, Israel, Saudi Arabia, Turkey, and the United Arab Emirates.

Responsibilities

• Own Meta paid acquisition end to end for a consumer AI product
• Build and execute the paid growth strategy across India, the Middle East, and Europe
• Develop and drive creative testing strategy with high velocity iteration
• Monitor and optimize CAC, trial-to-paid conversion, payback, and funnel performance
• Identify winning audiences, creatives, campaigns, and markets to scale
• Make data-driven decisions on what to test, kill, and scale
• Work directly with founders on growth strategy and execution
• Build a repeatable paid acquisition engine from the ground up

What We're Looking For

• 3–5+ years of hands-on Meta Ads experience, ideally for consumer AI products
• Proven track record scaling paid acquisition for consumer products
• Strong experience with Meta Ads across India, the Middle East, and/or Europe
• Deep experience owning CAC, trial-to-paid conversion, payback, and funnel metrics
• Strong creative strategy skills with high-velocity testing and iteration capabilities
• Demonstrated ability to decide what to test, kill, and scale based on performance data
• Background in consumer AI, microdrama, gaming, or D2C strongly preferred
• TikTok Ads experience in non-US markets is a plus
• Strong analytical thinking and clear communication skills
