Senior AI-Native Fullstack Engineer (m/w/d)

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential technology organization in the staffing and workforce solutions space. Our client is building modern, customer-facing applications that integrate complex backend systems across multiple countries into reliable platform components and workflows.

We're seeking a product-minded senior fullstack engineer who can transform ambiguous business requirements into production-grade backend services, APIs, integrations, and intuitive user interfaces. This role requires someone who actively uses AI-native workflows—including Claude Code, agents, and advanced LLM tooling—to explore faster, build in parallel, and ship high-quality solutions.

TypeScript is central to the technology landscape. Experience with.NET and C# is strongly valued, and engineers with backgrounds in strongly typed languages such as Java are welcome. You must be comfortable working across different stacks and languages.

Responsibilities

• Build customer-facing applications, backend services, APIs, internal tools, admin interfaces, automation, job runners, and configurable workflows
• Design maintainable services, APIs, business logic, asynchronous processes, validation rules, and reusable components
• Develop intuitive and maintainable user interfaces using TypeScript and modern frontend frameworks
• Connect applications with ERP systems, internal platforms, external APIs, databases, queues, files, and third-party services
• Deploy and operate reliable cloud solutions (preferably AWS), owning monitoring, alerts, failure handling, security, performance, cost, and operational reliability
• Own outcomes from exploration through to production deployment

What We're Looking For

• Hands-on experience with Claude Code, Codex, and agent-based workflows—GitHub Copilot-style autocomplete alone is not sufficient
• Familiarity with worktrees, subagents, MCP, structured prompts, harness engineering, parallelization, and validating AI-generated code to production quality
• Strong fullstack or backend experience, ideally with.NET and TypeScript
• Proven ability to build production-grade services, APIs, scripts, tools, automation, and clean interfaces
• Comfortable with version control, code review, debugging, testing, and working with existing systems
• Strong understanding of application architecture, API design, domain modeling, integration patterns, asynchronous processing, and maintainable software boundaries
• Experience with SQL, relational databases, schema design, transactions, migrations, indexing, and application-level data access
• Hands-on experience with AWS or similar cloud environments, including storage, databases, queues, containers, serverless/scheduled processing, SDKs, and APIs
• Understanding of deployment, secrets, networking, permissions, runtime configuration, scalability, performance, cost, and operational trade-offs
• Drive to improve how software is built, using AI workflows to move faster while rigorously validating AI-generated output
• Willingness to work across the stack, take ownership beyond predefined tickets, and contribute to broader product and engineering outcomes
